I promise to show up fully. No mask, no performance, no agenda. I will listen closely—to your words, to your pauses, to your body’s cues. I will say what I see. Not to challenge you, but to return you to your own knowing.
I will not shrink to make you comfortable. I will not perform softness to keep the session light. And I will never sell you the illusion that healing is linear or easy or clean.
What I will do is meet you exactly where you are, and hold the space long enough for you to meet yourself.
