To know your design is to hold a map. To embody it is to walk the terrain. Embodied Design is a six-session mentorship experience that bridges awareness and embodiment through energetic recalibration and intuitive coaching.
Each session begins with conversation—where in your life does your design feel effortless, and where does resistance surface? From there, we move into the energetic field, working through the centers, channels, and gates that correspond to those themes. Reiki and sacred chant open the pathways of communication within your bodygraph, while guided reflection helps you anchor those insights into daily life.
Over time, you begin to feel the difference between understanding alignment and living it. Decisions clarify. Emotional cycles soften. The Sacral, Heart, and Solar Plexus reconnect as allies rather than adversaries. The work is subtle but profound: your body learns to recognize its own truth in real time.
Embodied Design is for those ready to integrate their Human Design as a lived frequency—not a concept to recall, but an energy to inhabit.
