Forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.

I love the idea of energy exchanging between ourselves and the world around us. That as the mountains or ocean brings me calm, I am reflecting that back to the rocks or the water. How wonderful would it be if every time I let out a sign of contentment at the lake, the water was provided with more peace to pass on to the next person.
