Sand Dunes
Title - Sand Dunes
Size - 20"x24"x1.5"
Medium - Professional grade acrylic on wood panel
Signature - Signed on the reverse with the date
Style - Modern, Abstract
Children at the beaches on Lake Michigan always seem to be busy. Moving sand, collecting rocks, pouring water, climbing or tumbling down the dunes. The sand and water seem to inspire them to various jobs that only they understand. As they attempt to change the landscape or hold back water from reaching the shore, they seem to believe their task is actually possible and they let their intuition guide them as to what they are meant to accomplish and how.
I am always impressed by their focus and commitment to their work. It feels important. I love that so often their freedom leads to diligence and action. I am always left wondering how I can recapture that sense of freedom, the inspired action led completely by my intuition.
